Guest guest
I'm in the process of getting rid of a lot(!) of yeast overgrowth - and I suppose I'm very succesful, since I have severe die-off about every second/third day! The other days I'm feeling better than ever though, and I've been through all other possibilities (reactions to other things), so actually it's good news. But it's hard and also difficult to do and still trying to keep up a normal life. I've pulled most of the yeast triggers out of my (already very restricted) diet, which is another problem. I feel hungry most of the time and I loose weight, which I really don't need! Besides the diet adjustments I kick started the cure with one week of Diflucan and then I started very slowly with garlic, ginger, and either grape seed extract or oil of oregano. And then I do a lot of SCD yogurt. My yeast overgrowth was really bad (had it a long time and after some recent chemo therapy for breast cancer, it totally exploded), so I have to be drastic and get some results. I know, I'm on the right path, but I would love to hear some experienced comments and hopefully some advice as to make it a little easier - but still effective. Any thoughts? Please? :-) Gitte from Denmark CD 30+ years SCD 3½ years
