I have recenty experienced my only second colonoscopy which determined that my

original dx of Crohns in '09 was correct. My GI is going to have me undergo

additional tests for Celiac, small bowel overgrowth, lactose, and I believe

frustose. This is to eliminate any other factors before I once again dive into

the SCD or something similar.

For now, my regimen is Prednisone, Pentasa, and Azathioprine and trying to eat

well. I was underweight before the colonoscopy so just now, foods are tasting

good again and because I need to eat, I am not on a strict SCD diet.

I have made the yogurt in the past and felt it was bothersome to my system.

Could have been fruit/ honey I put in it. Difficult for me to know since at one

point, everything seemed to. Why would I opt to make the coconut yogurt and how

do I get to the recipe on this blog?

During my search for remedies, I met a woman who has Crohns and is a Vibrational

Healer. She suggests taking cell salts, flower essence oils, and Emergen-c.

Anyone familiar with these products? I am doubting the Emergen-c is legal?

Any response is greatly appreciated!

I take Vitamin C. I have looked at Emergen-C and can't see anything in

the ingredients that looks illegal. However, I react rather

violently to it. I would recommend against it.
