Guest guest Posted October 1, 2010 Report Share Posted October 1, 2010 Hi, based on what I read in the posts people are struggling to gain weight. Well, I am the opposite. I work hard to maintain it and I had it where I would like to keep it, but as I started SCD (about 1 month and a half) I have gained 4 pounds already. I try to stay away from almond cookies though they are very good and I don't think that I am overdoing in what I eat, yet I gained like a pound since yesterday and that is completely freaking me out... Here is what I eat: Breakfast DCCC with 24-hour yougurt with pureed baked apple or honey Lunch chicken broth with chicken meat with 3 tbsp of pureed carrots apple sauce sometimes some DCCC too Dinner Some chicken meat with pureed butternut squash some yougurt with honey or DCCC Lately I seem to crave DCCC, maybe lack of calcium... I did start doing some fresh squeezed juices too, 2-3 times a day, mostly vegetable juice. What I am doing wrong and how can I maintain my weight? ;-) Any clues will be appreciated... Thanks!
