Guest guest
Hi Everyone! I am six weeks into the diet and am doing good. Diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in 2007. Here is what I have added so far: yogurt & dry curd cottage cheese Fruit: banana, apples, cantaloupe, pineapple Protien: chicken, turkey, eggs, salmon, & beef Vegetables:tomatoes, squash, carrots, peppers, onions Misc: honey, almond flour, mustard, salt, pepper, cinnamon, ground clove, nutmeg, roasted cashews(rinsed-not sure about this but no reaction), peanut butter I have also eaten the chicken salad at Bob with my own dressing. I'm trying to find out if their chicken is marinated. Didn't notice any reaction to it. My bm's have been solid no blood) since I started the diet but I'm still experiencing some cloudy yellow fluid, mostly wet flatulence. Is this something I need to give time to resolve or am I moving too fast. I feel great but usually cannot pas gas without fear. I am looking for advice from more experienced SCDers. Thanks, Don
