It is the fifth day after surgury for me (upper and lower) and I have

found it utterly impossible to sleep at night. Last night I woke up

every hour, and despite benevolent dreams, I woke uo feeling panicked

and a little sick. I had to jump up and pace a bit and take a bath

(yes, that's seven baths in one night) to calm me down enough to sleep

for another hour. I have never had problems sleeping before and reson

it must be because of some of the medicines I'm taking, I've whittled

it down to my required thrice daily anti-biotic (that tasts like

bubble gum and vomit) but can't see how it could produce that effect.

I excerise as much as I can, don't think I'm dehydrated, has anyone

else had this problem? Off topic a bit, can de-conjestants like

benadryl help clear sinus after surgury?
