Guest guest
hello all, i had the manual lymph drainage massage done on my ankle, and as it turns out my lymph nodes on the right side of my body (leg/ankle) were clogged w/ fluid. the therapist gave me exercises to do, and I'm gonna keep up with what my doctors have recommended: compression socks, keeping the skin from getting dry, elevation... Should I let my OMS know about this? Would my ankle/leg really have all that much to do w/ my jaw and how fast that swelling will go down? Will obviously look into MLD pre and post surgery next year. Thanks! ~Joanne
