moldy yogurt ... it's the milk ... it's rotten in the new carton!

i just attempted another batch of yogurt. i made a huge pot of boiling water

.... sterilized everything that I was going to use. Put the milk in the

sterilized measuring bowl … put it in the microwave for 8 minutes … came back

and it was completely separated. Threw it out and put a pot of milk on the

stove. Within minutes the milk started to coagulate and separate. I smelled it

and it was rancid! Like gagging stinky! I just opened the container! This is

the second carton of milk from the same lot number and x date of horizon organic

whole milk … and I've used it for the last three batches ... and they were all

ruined and moldy. I don't ingest milk so I never thought to taste it … or even

smell it … the x date is 10-10-10. the milk was bad before I even started!

Wow! Should I contact horizon? What on earth would I say?
