Color me RED!!!! When I was hitting the button for my signature tag, I must

have first hit my bookmarks icon... it inserted my " before and after " pics on

obesity help.com!!

LOL... I really wasn't into any self promotion there! Just a slip!

Oh, and not to sound TOO vain -- but I'm twenty pounds lighter now than I was

in that " after " picture!
