If we can find out. Meanwhile I'll stick to my mint and ginger. I checked into the constituents of some of the herbs you mentioned. I am still trying to figure out the effect on polysaccharides in an alcohol tincture. But here are the ones I know to be illegal for the SCD. Dandelion root: 12% pectin, 30% inulin wild yam: 15% mucilage It looks like most all roots have mucilaginous compounds, even Echinacea root is 17% inulin, so I am not sure why it is legal. I am still trying to figure all of this out. If you have questions on another herb, I'll try to help.
