I am going to NYC on friday for my inital evaluation for a transplant. Am

nervous. Any info on what it's like.

mine was 3 days of outpatient testing and meetings with social work, financial, information about transplant,

blood tests, various radiological studies, skin tests, pft's, etc

the cardiac cath was the last day

the initial consult with the transplant doc was a couple of months prior to the evaluation due to my work schedule

i took my notebook and took lots of notes
