It's reader friendly and based on seemingly good research) DANGEROUS GRAINS by Dr. Braly and Ron Hoggan, MA (I've just started to read it and I'm finding lots of good information) Hope these resources help! > > > > Hi! > I've just been diagnosed and am really grateful! Guest guest
HI To the person who is wondering how long the symptoms last. The worst of my symptoms went away in 6 weeks. There were some subtler ones that did not go away for 2 years. It took that long for my intestines to heal. At the time it seemed endless. Now, I am fine, but have some residual immune system damage because I did not find out about the disease until I was 45. I still feel lucky to have found out about it when I did or there would have been even more damage to my immune system. Good luck. Being on the diet becomes second nature to you after awhile. I travel all over the world and do just fine on the diet Life with CD just takes a lot of careful planning and diligence, but it worth every second. Jane Unland" A.
