Guest guest
Ok...had my gallbladder romoved on 12/23 and have been doing pretty good. I have 4 little holes where they did the surgery lap and no problems there. Everything seems to be progressing like it should, except that I seem to have way to much acid in my tummy now. Is this normal? It seems to be the most odd things that set off the pain and a couple of Tums will calm everything down in just a few minutes. But, the pain is pretty rough. Starts in my tummy and goes all the way into my back. DH says that I am getting plenty of calcium even if it is the wrong kind, LOL! My post surgical check up isn't until Wed and I don't want to go back to my old doc (Dr. Fluff-it-off). Should I call my surgeon and see about getting some kind of acid pump inhibitor meds? Thanks in advance! I know that you guys will guide me through one more hurdle! Love, Reba
