Advice Needed! Please HELP!

Hi I am 23 years old, and Ive been wearing braces for less than a

year. I have a slight cross bite, and I feel my midface is much too

long. I would like my face to be less long and oval, and more

rounded, i feel there is too much space between my mouth area and

cheeks. Can this type of surgery help me? Who would be qualified to

do this in the Toronto Ontario area? Also can i my jaw shaved a bit

so its less angled during this surgery?
