Guest guest
Hello Group, My husband found a " snack " at Costco that I thought I'd share. I'd like to know your thoughts on the nutrition aspect. It is called Mrs. May's Almond Crunch - Slow dry-roasted snack. No Cholesterol Vegan Low Carb Wheat free Total Fat 15g Saturated Fat 1 g Cholestrol 0mg Sodium 50mg Total Carbs 9g Dietary Fiber 3g Sugars 4g Protein 7g Serving size 6 pieces (28g) Calories 170 from fat 130 Ingredients: Almonds, rice malt, organic evaporated cane juice, sea salt It tastes pretty good. I never want more than a few pieces at a time. It is crunchy and mildly sweet. Comes in a 20 oz bag and he can't remember the price at all. I'll check next time I go. Any thoughts? thanks, Diane LAP RNY 9/
