Guest guest
I couldn't agree with more! I was underweight also....but I listened to her when I started getting scared, and I'm glad I did! I never changed a thing....and I did a huge bounce-back. I would not increase my eating or do ensure....man...that's setting you up to become obese again! Just do REAL protein, and hang on for the ride. I have found the upswing in weight is much scarier than being underweight. If you are doing your supplements faithfully, you have nothing to worry about. No one dies of skinny, they die of malnutrition. So how are your labs? Regards~ Jacque The last thing I would do is eat/drink candy (Ensure) just to get empty calories on board. The craving cycle you set up may mean you cannot control the upswing. You might want to try real protein to level things out. At least the calories are not empty. Not many STAY too thin for very long. And the people I've known who have tried to gain often end up parking higher than they want to be. Men seem to be ok for a lil while, but the women just keep on going back up.
