Well, I never felt a need to pay too much attention because I am sooooooo good about doing A LOT of protein, more than I have to. But, guess what, my protein is still low! Now, I'm researching on the internet things that might aid me in absorbing what I do drink in hopes that I won't end up having to drink a bazillion shakes a day. I have done 150 g of protein since day 9 after surgery. On day 7 and 8 I could only get in 120 g....but ever since I do 150 g of whey protein, 30 g at a time...so what's the deal. Help??
