Well, I take mine all at once one time each day. I currently take 4 of the

little iron pills that Vitalady used to have. My iron pre-surgery was just

inside normal ranges and it started to drop after surgery. I was taking one

iron pill 3-4 x wkly and Vitalady suggested I up it to 4 a day based on my

lab results over a years time. I started taking 4 at once every day. I

take them either first thing in the morning with a protein drink or right

before I go to bed with water. I've had no problems physically (i.e.

nausea) and my iron levels are going back up; slowly but a definite upward

trend.

I'm with you; if I had to split them up 2 x per day, I'd never remember or

wouldn't have enough hours to get everything in. And I try to stick to the

empty stomach with iron but I do my B12 and one Vit C with my 4 iron pills

too.
