Well everyone. Please pray for us. Today I called my pediatrican and

got a new rx for a new band. I called Cranial Tech in AZ and made an

appointment for 1/15/09. They stated that it will be 3600.00. If I

pay in full they will take off 300.00. However they dont have much

of a payment plan. They stated I would have to pay it off in 4 short

months which would make four payments of 400.00. Not doable. So I

tried to apply for a carecredit medical credit card. Denied. So I

went to my credit union and applied for a loan, denied by myself but

a friend offered to co-sign. We are waiting to hear if they will

approve it. PLEASE PRAY THIS GOES THOUGH!!!!! I contacted angel

flights and they stated they will have my ped fill out some forms to

see if I can get a flight. So right now were waiting for 1) To see

if the bank will approve the loan and 2) to see if Angel flights can

help us.

Secondly. I left messages for Hanger on Thursday, Friday, Yesterday.

They never called back. I called today and kept getting placed on

hold and finally was told someone will have to call me back. I'm

infuriated. I only paid a deductible to them which was not all that

much, but I am going to speak with some type of manager tomorrow no

matter how many offices I have to call and I am getting a refund.

This is the worst thing I have ever dealt with! Its crap that there

are so few options in Colorado and they are doing this to me when my

options are limited. Now I'm going to have to go to great lengths to

do the appointments in AZ but by the grace of God I hope I can do

it. All the prayers would help us right now. I'm not too worried

about the Angel flight cause the lady assured me I shouldnt have a

problem, but I am scared of this loan thing. Because of my crappy

family no one would co sign for me and my friend WOW is all I can

say. There are not many FRIENDS in this world who will take such a

chance. Anyway that is my update for today. Anyone who had to travel

out of state will you please email me and I'll give you my number. I

would definately like to talk to some others to see about your

experience, and any tips you have for me. Thank you all SO MUCH for

all the guidance, wisdom and advice you all have provided over the

past 4 months. Without I would have not known a thing

and would have assumed what the neuro surgeon told me that " no good

doctor will do a band " I hope my next update will be that my loan

was approved.
