Guest guest Posted September 9, 2010 Report Share Posted September 9, 2010 Hi Everyone, I was so tired the other night that I went to bed early and set my alarm to get up and take my yogurt off. Well, I woke up half and hour before my alarm went off, too exhausted to contemplate staying up the half-hour and took my yogurt off early. So it fermented for less than 24 hours, but just barely so. I know " just barely so " doesn't necessarily cut it with SCD, and I'm thinking of adding one of those lacteeze or whatever those lactose-digesting products are. Trouble is, I live rurally and would need to mail order, and I, of course, want my yogurt now. Could I put it on to brew for another hour? Or any other suggestions? Thanks!!
