Hi ,

I just had my screws and plate removed from my upper left hand due

to the screws having a cyst in it, but the catch is I had my

original Le Forte I done 15 years ago, anyway UHC is my Ins. and

they said they will pay for it, I had it pre-approved. I haven't

received the bill yest I'm just 1 week post-op. took about 2.5 hours

in the O.R. apparently my jaw bone grew over the plate and it was a

son-of-a-bee sting to get out.

Good Luck.
