constipation and prune juice

Can someone tell me how much prune juice I should add to Dasia's diet to try and

relieve constipation? All her diet consists of is Nutren with fiber, and I

wasn't expecting this to happen. It's causing her to not hold down as many feeds

as she had been. Thanks everyone.
