Hi Sara, Ray and group---

I had a similar thing happen to me where a member of this list IM'd me

through AOL and wanted to engage in similar type conversation, but I cut him

right

off and blocked him. As soon as I communicated to him that I didn't have

time to talk he started to get nasty too. I could easily see where it was

heading so blocking him was the best option.

Somehow e-mailing seems to be a better option because unsolicited IMs seem

to be a red flag.

Sara, I am sorry you were so upset, but just like in the " real " world, in

cyberspace, you meet all kinds!

Ray, you can tell the list owner that Sara is not the only one who had this

type of experience.

If either of you want to e-mail me privately, I can give you the e-mail

address of the " offensive " person in my story. Maybe it's the same guy???
