Generic Niferex iron dosage (distal)

Greetings all,

I recently switched from the Carbonyl " Perfect " Iron to Vitalady's

generic for Niferex (polysaccharide?)

Being a distal at 200cm bypassed, what should my dosage for this be?

1 capsule or probably 2? I'm 39 and although I often act menopausal,

my husband assures me I'm just nuts.

lazy and already here with a post. I don't do mornings and have no

idea what I'm doing trying to function at 7am.
