Facial Swelling 1 Year After Surgery

I had upper jaw surgery almost 1 year ago (for vertical maxillary excess - they

took 5 millimeters out of my upper jaw) and still have swelling in my cheeks

and numbness around the lower part of my nose and upper lip. Those who

don't know me probably wouldn't notice it -- most of the swelling is gone, but

I'm wondering if the swelling is EVER going to go away completely. Is there

anyone out there with a similar experience? I'd love to hear from you!
