Whole Foods Glutenfree Bakehouse

When I asked for a loaf of Prairie Bread in Palo Alto last week,

Rosemary from the bakery (who was at the Conference) brought one out

from the back, frozen. I agree that they're all probably coming in

frozen. That doesn't bother me -- I freeze all our GF baked goods

anyway.
