Hello to all,

First of all, saddened for my English, I am French.

My son ( 16 months) began his treatment with the DOC BAND yesterday

(moderate Brachycéphaly + light Plagiocéphalie)

He adapts itself well, no red patches for the moment but we noticed that

his left eye was has half closed, what is not the case when we deprive

him the DOC BAND.

I sent an e-mail to the doctor who follows our son but he is in Spain

and we are distant from 1200 km (in France no treatment for

plagiocéphalies).

Knew you the same thing ?

Is it normal?

Something there to make?

Thank you in advance

I don't know if anyone else has replied to this yet but when I took my son in to get his DOC band, they did mention that I might notice one eye seeming to be half way closed. They said it was because there is a lot of looseness in baby's skin and the band may be pulling it down a bit. It won't affect the band from working and when the band is off, the skin goes back to normal. My son has had that happen a few times but if I adjust the band, it goes away.
