something that has been bothering me

My son will be 7 months old tomorrow and has been in his starband for three

weeks now. Before deciding on the starband we had a consultation at CT but due

to the distance we would have to travel to their facility, we ended up going

with our local orthitist. My son has brachycephaly with a little bit of plagio

also. My concern is that he has buldging right over both ears. CT said that this

was fairly common in babies with brachy, but the local orthotist we are going to

said he has never seen it. So...when my son first got his helmet, the orthostist

made some marks on the band so that adjustments could be made. It was a little

too low around his eyes and he made the space around the ear bigger. When he

shaved off the part around the ear, he just happened to leave the part exposed

where my son has the bulging. I mentioned it to him and he said we would " watch "

it. I have noticed it getting worse! I'm not sure what I should do. Has anyone

ever dealt with this, or did/does your child have the same type of bulging? Any

advice would be greatly appreciated.
