DOC vs STAR band? (new to group)

Hello, I'm a new member. My daughter (5 months) has positional plagiocephaly

caused by torticollis and back sleeping. Her torticollis has greatly improved

with stretching and we're ready to get her a helmet for the plagio. I was

wondering if there are any major differences between DOC and STAR band (barring

cost)? Is one better or more effective?
