Guest guest
Have you tried a GOOD cranial sacral therapist. We used one at the same time as we had the treatment done. To make sure the inside was getting moved in synch with the outside. Since the inside torque can cause movement outside. But do get a good one. Osteopaths often also do cranio sacral work and can be covered by insurance. From: critter lover <tinsel2003@...>Plagiocephaly ; OlderPlag Sent: Sun, November 21, 2010 2:13:41 PMSubject: worse? So two months into the helmet and I swear she looks worse. Her ear before wasn't that obviously lopsided and more of a mommy issue, now it is really bad and obvious. She does tend to tilit her head that way (her flat side actually).I just feel like I got screwed. the helmet came huge enough that there is a huge pad in the back to keep it from moving and it has always looked lopsided. There is no other centers here but Hanger.I'm so sad to tears :(Considering I'm balding no, her hair won't cover it.. espeically the lopsided ears. Ugh. I don't know how to convey my feelings to the ortho without sounding like a btch and to get what's needed done. Is it possible it's getting worse in a band? She's 19 months now btwkim
Guest guest
I am sorry that you are sad and having a hard time. Did they say why they made the band so big for you to begin with? Hope it starts to go better.
