Congrats! August had some MAJOR improvement and looks great.

I'm glad to see your idea of taking a photo of the DSI, since they don't give

you an electronic copy of that. I'll have to do that when we go to our

graduation DSI in about a week--thanks!

We have UHC also and were denied based on an exclusion in our policy. What

reasons did they give for your denial?

Thanks guys!

We have UHC and also had an exclusion... but, I wrote a 63 page appeal (with all

the attachments) and sent a copy to the VP of employee benefits at my husband's

work (who our insurance is through)... hoping to hear something any day now. I

mailed it Feb 10, and they were suppose to review it in 30 days. We'll see.

Yeah, we have noticed quite an improvement in his head. He's still not perfect

(an 8), but we're happy. We have a very positive attitude about the whole

banding process and CT. To me, having anxiety about it is just a waste of

energy. I have taken soo many pictures of August in his band.... maybe one will

make the calendar?
