& White Insurance - Austin Texas

Hi all. Thank you all for sharing your stories and comments. It makes this a

little easier knowing we are not alone! We went to the Cranial Tech consult

Monday and were told Liam has a 12 mm(?) that will require a band. The

insurance is denying it at this time due to them being " out of network " but our

pediatrician is submitting a request to see who would be " in network " and

whether we would even qualify based on medical necessity. My question is has

anyone had any luck getting & White to pay for the Cranial Tech band? Is

12 mm severe enough to require the band? I almost feel like getting a second

opinion. Of course that company is going to say he needs one, but does he

really??? Has anyone had any luck paying for the band and then filing with

their insurance? Thanks for your responses!
