My son is entering his senior year in high school and is starting to look at college.

He was diagnosed with celiac disease a year ago and has been very good about sticking to a

gluten-free diet. He does, however, have problems when he eats away from home, mostly at restaurants.

We’re concerned about how he’ll manage at college with meal plans/etc.

Any advice out there??!! He may just have to cook for himself but I’d love to know if any of you have had to deal with this one.

Thanks,

H.
