Well, I'm in Arizona and have started a support group, only I haven't had

the time to actually get a meeting together. I'm a midwife and have access

to a lot of alternative health care professionals. I have people I could

ask but I have so many things on my plate right now. I'm going to have a

booth at the homeschooler's health fair. Anyone from Arizona is welcome to

go with me. I just need to get a meeting together. We're in the process of

buying a house so I'm hoping after that is done which is in a month, I can

do this. Where in Arizona are you ?

There are other people here that want to do the same. I'm thinking of

getting a meeting together at the Phx library. I'm in the SLOW process of

getting a non-profit status, but again.... that's on the back burner till

the house is done. Aguh! I'd love any help or ... or... <grin> take the

initiative and I'll help <grin>. I'm a pillar of support but not much

action other than getting one newsletter out. My next one is suppose to be

on the use of aborted fetal tissue in vaccines but again, it's slow coming.

Amen to that sister! It took me 1.5 years to get to where I could stop

hating it in Phoenix and start telling myself positive things about it.

I just heard today that as it gets hotter, allergies go down because the

heat kills all the pollen. But that probably doesn't help you down in Tucson

Lynda. :(

It got 108 at it's worst today, said 'weatherbug'. But my lemon balm is

*thriving*.

Yes, and violent allergies/asthma to palo verde, mesquite, tumbleweed,

rabbit bush, and we have rattlers, and cat-eating coyotes, and scorpions

and wolf spiders, and tarantulas, and kissing bugs, Gila monsters, dust

storms, single digit humidity, and everyone who has any money leaves

town for the summer.

I checked:

http://www.kombu.de/source.htm

This is a good site for Kombucha Babies. However, I did not see any

source near Phoenix.

There are lots of sites in California. The Postal Service is a good

option.

HI Sharon, I gave her one of mine but it would be great for her to get

together with you so you could kind of guide her as I live in California. I will

send her this email and she will contact you, okay? Thank you so very much for

your kind offer.

Hi Emma,

I live in Arizona, but not near you. I am in Maricopa. It is south

of Chandler. I am new to this group and am still discovering all the

things wrong with me that I can possibly blame on Candida. It is

devastating and very hard to deal with.

I am assuming you mean pediatrician because I think there is only one CT in town

and it is at the phoenix children's hospital - Cranial Technologies

the Address is.....1920 E Cambridge Ave, Suite 205

Phoenix, AZ 85006

Phone: 602-253-3402 Just in case.

We live in Chandler and We have an amazing pediatrician that has offices in Mesa

and Gilbert. Pueblo Pediatrics

http://www.pueblopeds.com/

What we love about them is that they are so diligent about well and sick rooms.

A lot of places have them but don't uphold the separation very well. It is

always so terrible to bring a healthy child in and turn up with a sick one in 3

days after they picked something up at the Dr. office. They even have separate

outside doors to each entrance so you do not have to even touch the sick side

with a health baby. They separate the exam rooms and the check out process too.

I was exceptionally impressed about their caution when my oldest had a bug bite

on her face I wanted looked at. They had her come in a side entrance and saw her

immediately on the off chance that it was a rash or something contagious to

other children.

The doctors are amazing (very knowledgeable about the doc band) and if you have

any worries they have super speedy triage nurses to help with the little things

and the Dr's are always super easy to get through to after hours.

Good luck to you and your family!
