Guest guest
Hello everyone, My name is Marina Kreymerman and I am the co-founder of The Healthy Little Heads Foundation. My husband and I started The Healthy Little Heads Foundation (HLHF) to provide financial assistance to help families afford the cost of corrective treatment for conditions like Plagiocephaly. HLHF was inspired by our six month old son and established as a beacon of strength and support for the families of other newborns with cranial deformation conditions. Our goals, made possible with the generous help and support of individual donations, fundraising events, corporate sponsors, and through private and federal grants, are to raise the money needed to: 1) Provide financial assistance to the families of newborns needing specialized corrective medical treatments supported by the Foundation's financial assistance request program beginning in January of 2011. 2) Engage in public awareness campaigns, launch public service announcements (PSAs), and distribute educational materials pertaining to the medical conditions supported by the foundation, their cause, possible prevention techniques, long term medical complications and the available treatment options. 3) Conduct community outreach programs and events to benefit the families impacted by the medical conditions supported by the foundation. 4) Work to change the current " cosmetic/elective treatment " classification by insurance providers for cranial deformation conditions. Please visit our website and follow us on Facebook and Twitter. www.HealthyLittleHeads.org www.Facebook.com/HealthyLittleHeads www.Twitter.com/HLHF Most importantly, please spread the word to families and friends...
