I don't have any advice on the file tab here but I will say our claim for my sons 2nd doc band got denied. My husband appealed it and it was approved. So, it is definitely worth appealing!

Has anyone been able to access the files that are listed on this site. We are having to appeal our insurance company's denial and would like some help. The documents listed sound like just what I want but when I click on them it says "document not avaiable." Any help/suggestions?
