The only thing that I assumed was that my son who also started at 4 1/2 months would be really hot. I under dressed him and he still felt really warm, only to find out he had circumstantially come down with an infection and actually had a fever. It was a "bad mom" moment and wish I hadn't been so stupid. He is fine with the heat now, it was really only the first few days that it took to adjust to the temperature change.
