I am very interested in your support group. I don't live in SF, but perhaps I can make it to a meeting one of these days. I am by no means an expert on the subject, but I am in the process of being diagnosed with possibly fibromyalgia. I understand that there is a medical treatment pioneered by a Dr. St. Amand in So Cal that helps many patients. Check out his website at www.guaidoc.com for more information.

Also (we have posting a bit about this recently) - hypoglycemia goes along with the other conditions. Kalinda has a website with glycemic index info and Dr. St. Amand's website has great nutritional information and recipes.
