Guest guest
Hi Theresa, You sound so much like my twin sister Terri. We both believe food has a lot to do with things. I truely believe that the day I became allergic to aspirin other things followed suit. I don't believe that I'm necessarily allergic to things with salicylites, but I know I'm allergic to many things that I'm eating. I tried the low carb diet and found I felt much better. To stick with it is another thing though. Like you said, you have to be pretty sick to really change your life style. You seem to know alot about the bowel thing. Why do I get diarhea every day? Too much of something? Would acidopholis help in your opinion? It really holds me back from going places if you know what I mean. Thanks for your feedback. Tami RE: ears Dear Tami,I had all these symptoms before - headaches, ear aches, ear pressure, sinus infections. Samters may be an auto-immune disease. Yes, hives can be welts when they are bad enough. Hives means you are reacting to something. The restaurant may have changed the breading or oil they use or maybe they have artificial ingredients in them and your body reached it's limit. I used to get hives that turned into huge welts. It is because they all kind of run together. Tami we can fight this and the answer is the foods you eat every day. I recently met a woman who was on the Feingold Diet and we both agreed you have to really be desperate to go on it. Who wants to go on a diet for life? We both were that desperate and it worked for both of us. It is not easy, I will say that. But I feel it is incredibly more difficult to be sick. And there is a lot of support out there for this diet if you take advantage of it. People who have tried this diet have reported that they feel better. And it isn't expensive. There are breaded fish products (althought I don't know if there is shrimp) that are all natural. I love the foods I have now. I've found if I stuff myself before going somewhere or I bring food I can eat I don't feel the sadness watching other people eat what I can't have. And, I can have so many delicious, good foods that I take great pleasure in them. I also have found amazing help with ester c used as an antibiotic. If you seem to react to ester c you can use a product called allergy c which is made from sago palms. I never found a problem with it. I take ester c in huge amounts. Health books say to take it to bowel tolerance which means when you get diarhea. That means all the cells in your body have all they need. Then you back off the dose some and continue taking it. I can take 12000 miligrams in one evening and be fine. It depends on how much your body needs. I take massive amounts till I feel better (up to bowel tolerance) and then I continue for two weeks just like an antibiotic. It really works wonders. I have cured sinus infections and bronchidis with it. Recently for some reason I thought I was allergic to it and I went the antibiotic route. I got worse and worse until I went back to my old ester c treatment. It is so great! -----Original Message-----From: Tami Klumpyan [sMTP:tami@...]Sent: Tuesday, February 24, 2004 6:06 AM samters Subject: ears<< File: ATT00018.txt; charset = iso-8859-1 >> << File: ATT00019.htm; charset = ISO-8859-1 >>
Guest guest
Dear Tami, I used to get diahrea when I had a bad reaction to something. You may be very allergic to something you are eating regularly. Maybe you could go off all processed foods for a short time and see if you feel better. If you do then you could slowly add them back till you find what is bothering you. I think yogurt is great for your stomach. Prescription for Nutritional Healing is a great book. This is where I read about the ascorbic acid flush - (taking it till you get diarrhea). It says it promotes healing and protects the body from bacterial infection, allergens and other pollutants. I've read about this treatment in other books too. I find it works great to stop a cold/flu or infection in their tracks. Ester C also even works if I'm wheezing. Because it has salycilates in it (I got treated for it with NAET) allergy C may be better for you. Re: ears Hi Theresa, You sound so much like my twin sister Terri. Guest guest
It would depend on what is causing the pain. In my case it is fluid build up and so the tubes help relieve that. There is a very simple test that can be performed to see if you have fluid in your ears. Mine is done by an ENT but it may be possible to have it done in a GP's office. Guest guest
I have had trouble with my ears for about 13 years now. Nasty thick fluid in the middle ear tube in my left for a couple of years, my right ear is worse and would never keep a tube but now has a natural hole which drains all the time. This beats the years before it ruptured and I couldn't hear well. Of course, I get frequent infections there. I actually have more trouble with my ears these days than either the asthma or nasal/sinus problems, which are stable on meds. Karla
Guest guest
> > hi again bee... > > my ears have been bothering me lately...kinda feels achey and full. almost like there is water in them. before i started the diet i was having a lot of ear pain, and felt really off balance. I have a question about retracing...does retracing last for the same amount of time as it did originally? when the ear stuff was going on before the diet...they bothered me for about a month. is there anything i can do to help my ears feel better...is it vit c in the ears? +++Hi Arianna. Retracing last 1 month for every year, so to calculate how long it takes you to get through retracing symptoms, you'd need to find out what percentage of a year it lasted originally, and then take that same percentage of a month. However, I've found that some retracing takes longer than the 1 month rule, but most does follow the rule. +++See these ear treatments to help alleviate the discomfort: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/treat8.php Tes I think vitamin C is good, but the formula for making it is this: " Sodium Ascorbate (Vitamin C) — Make your own sodium ascorbate by mixing equal amounts of ascorbic acid crystals (available at the health store) and baking soda - stir together to mix well. Put 3/4 of a teaspoon of that mixture into slightly less than 1/2 cup of warm sterile water (sterilize tap water by boiling it for 30 minutes). Mix well and put a few drops in each ear, and plug your ear with a cotton ball. > > Also, i really want to understand the germ theory being false better. i read over the article...it a lot of it makes so much sense to me. but, can you explain better to me why my daughtter gets a virus with certain symptoms, and then my son has the same virus same symptoms all after playing with there friend who had a virus and same symptoms. They appear to " catch " it from one another.....i dont understand....? +++Yes, it seems like they do " catch it " from each other but they don't. If all of those children shared lots of sugar together that could cause a virus, which is created in order to clean up the body. There is also an emotional factor involved in groups where they feel sorry for someone having a cold/virus, so they mimic those symptoms too. Or they may experience some kind of " loss " like losing games, losing their things, etc. amoung them, and emotional losses create psychosomatic illnesses and symptoms. If anyone in the group has had similar losses in the past, it will trigger those incidents when they were crying and upset, and they will get cold symptoms too. They can also experience any kind of illness connected with past losses, threats, injuries, invasive treatments, surgery, etc., which are also psychosomatic. But that is another subject which falls under " how our minds work. " Remember it is " mind over matter " so mental, emotional factors do play a role in health. All the best, Bee

Guest guest
Hi Lynn I just red you got in to se the Dr , great . Rest assured antibiotics killed these bugs dead . . Soaking in epsom 2 cups & borax 2 cups 1/8 cup dawn detergent or shampoo ,2 times daily will soak them out of your skin .. Then clean hosue with some bug killing arm & hammer powdered laundry soap , 1 cup per gallon on the envirnment .. It kills bugs dead. It rinses right off later Maybe a little roach prufe at the edges of the room swept in to the cracks . Bessie used vaporizors with peroxide in them . It is a bug it will die , you will kill it. Don & #39;t forget Shanspriatons blog , she beat the bug in her environment with prayer , Xtreme clean (contains benzolconium chloride a strong disenfectent ) DE & perm powder for fleas , then nylar growth regulator. Do you have that link ..? it is www .shanspirations. org/?p=112 In 2 months they were beat in her environment . God bless you , I am so glad you got some sleep . Here I went what a two weeks. Have a mite problem in the right ear and even the Dr. Shultz Super tonic was not really knocking it out this time. Today much better. Back of course to two showers a day and using Alkaloe in my ears while wait for salt N H 1 to dry on before washing off so forth and so on. Today I may have finally killed the ones in my right ear. Last night what I did. I stoped putting Gold Bond thick on ears. Instead I used esp balm. Smear some on the ear plugs and than inserted plugs into ears. Toped it off with a nice coat of Burts Bees insect replant. Very thick spray. Nothing got into the ears all night. May have suffocated what I had in there before. Than for extra protection I took the esp spritzer that I spray my hair with and spray the inside of my straps to my nasal gear. That strap goes very close to the opening of my ear. I also let my hair hang in front of the opening instead of pushing it behind my ear. Each thing seems to present a problem. Hair over ear helps them to pass ear opening whare they try to get in. Hair behind ear gives them a thicker hiding place/breeding ground. Ear on pillow. The come over the pillow case and climb up to the ear. Sense the full moon and the lack of antibiotics in my system I now have to use some vicks again. A little up my nose and eyebrows. Around eyes and hair line. Also having to add some to retum and vaginal again on top of the use of esp surum and balm. These creatures are rude. I put to much Gold Bond on bed and pillows again and at first the attack was just as bad as the last two nights before. Than it stoped and had very few on board when I went to do my morning shower routine and very little bite marks appeared. Hopefully the organic apple cidar vinagar and organic clover honey and Lemon I started taking along with certain vitamins is finally doing some good. Vitamins are Aphidolpuls (sp), Alphala iron-c, Ester-C 1000 mg, and a multivitamin. Sensitivities to chemicals. Got that in spades. Now the Gold Bond is giving me headaches and the Selson blue is giving me headaches and making me weak and sick. Darn. I really need to go organic hog wild. Can not get away with anything like most folks. Okay. Got my 6 gauge zippered incasements ordered to cover each box spring and mattresses. Also order the first phase of the 3 step plan from the herbal healer. I have big hopes of getting myself detoxed and killing off what is living in me and on me. Was so glad to have the order in that I wanted to stand and face each direction in the room and roar. Face north. Raahhh. face east. Raaah. face south. Raahh. Face West. Raaah. I am the Torpedo and nothing can stop me. I I I think...... lol. Well we will see. Well gotta go find me a stainless steel pot to make my 4 herb tea in once supplies arrive. Take care all. The forum is alive suddenly. Could be that full moon we had. Helps me to see so many post and alot of different avenues of disscussion on said issue. Makes me feel like someone is home and listening and believes me which is not the case in my family in house in state. Have to talk to my mom out of state for that. She is a big supporter and would not be getting this far without her and a gaurdian angel. But my mom gets doubts at times and that scares the hell out of me. Guest guest
Hi Bee - Like , I have the same exact heart pounding in my right ear only, so I was looking forward to your reply to her - You said it is not due to the salt, but what is it due to? Is this a normal candida detox symptom ? I did puncture my right eardrum MANY years ago, so I was thinking it most likely was part of the " retracing " of this accident - I can hear my heart pounding as well as what kind of sounds like a small amount of fluid in my ear, like after swimming. Very annoying needless to say...And since it is only in my right ear, I figured it must be due to the punctured ear drum from my past. But then I saw 's note and now I am wondering what is really actually causing the noises ? And is it common ? Thanks much,

Guest guest
Hi everyone, I just wanted to add a note regarding the heart pounding in the ears... I have had this symptom, along with a bounding heartbeat, shortness of breath, tremors, insomnia etc. for almost 5 years. During this time I have experimented with numerous diets and supplements, all with an NT basis (e.g., gaps, body ecology). In March of this year I committed to Bees program. Within 8 weeks, I have seen a DRAMATIC difference in these symptoms - basically they are gone. For me, it was not the deep breathing, as I had tried that many times in the past. It was the diet. I cannot pinpoint if it was the addition of the good fats (I eat ALOT more fat now), or the omission of carbs (was only doing a minimal amount of GF carbs prior to the program), or the removal of yeasts and molds. Probably all - as these were the three major changes I made. As a result of these symptoms being gone, I can now sleep.... sometimes I get 7 hours uninterrupted, which is unheard of for me. It has been years since I have been able to sleep and I am so grateful for this change. I have had candida related issues, along with an autoimmune condition, my entire life (I am 46), so I was very surprised to experience symptom reduction so soon on the program. These symptoms were the last to arrive, so I guess that is why they were the first to go. Also, I am about 98% on the program. My big cheats are, on occasion, cashew butter, raw goat milk yogurt and coconut cream concentrate (woo hoo). Another interesting note is that when I do sample offending foods (anything moldy like Kombucha, vinegar, etc.) the symptoms quickly return. (Tests have shown on IGG reaction to yeast and mold.) Early on, too much coconut oil also exasperated the symptoms. I have a long way to go, but I know I am finally on the right track. Thank you Bee for your wonderful, informative website. You are changing lives in such a positive way. Sincerely, F. On May 22, 2010, at 6:39 AM, wrote: > 2a. Guest guest
I have also had a background 'thumping' going on for at least the last 8 years - some nights it was really bad and would keep me awake. I could feel it right through my body even in my fingers and toes, and often it was so bad that my ears would 'pop' in rhythm. Going low-carb was not the key - I was pretty low-carb for some time prior to starting the diet, so it has to be either the diet and supplements - or possibly, the salt. As I have never had pure sea salt until now I quite likely was very deficient in certain minerals and/or trace elements. It may also just be that the Candida was finally being routed! Within a week of being on the diet it all started to settle down, and now, 6 weeks later I have hardly any problems with that at all. It had to be something to do with my digestion, because it would be a bit better when I woke up, but would get worse throughout the day. Presumably it settled overnight because the food I had eaten during the day was by then in the colon. It seemed worse whilst it was moving through my small intestine, but I have probably had SIBO - or in my case, SIFO! (Small intestine fungal overgrowth) I am very grateful that due to Bee's diet I finally can see the end of the tunnel. It's still a way off but at least I am heading in the right direction! That's why it would increase during the day, and after a night's sleep it was better. This is because your body is very stressed when it is unhealthy, in addition to any emotional or mental stress, which could also be related to being unhealthy. Since I'm healthy I " know " when my fight/flight nervous system " turns on " because my heart pounds and I notice other things change because of it, as listed in this article on deep breathing: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/breath4.php Those changes " clue me in " , so I do deep breathing exercises right away, otherwise I will experience discomfort digesting foods since my stomach produces less acid, there's less saliva in my mouth, my bowels movements slow down, etc. All the best, Bee

Guest guest
I use skeleton ear mold for my Freedom processors, & I am happy with this set up because the ear molds allow air into my ears & I don't risk losing my processors, particularly when I am blind. Guest guest
Earmold are what hold hearing aids in your ear. In the case of a CI, you would only need a skeleton mold, which would hold the processor on your ear, but doesn't have to go all the way into the ear canal like a hearing aid mold does. Any hearing aid dispenser can make one for you. Make sure you ask for a skeleton mold though. I'm not excited about using wig tape. What is an ear mold? Would it work with a N5 processor? Any other suggestions? ____________________________________________________________ Dermatologists Hate Her Smart Mom Uses $8 Trick to Erase Wrinkles and Look Younger Instantly http://thirdpartyoffers.juno.com/TGL3141/4d65ab786cccf450be7st06duc
