decorated my daughters DOC band

i painted my daughters doc band with acrylic craft paint which was fine and then

i put some scrapbooking stickers on it which some were a little bit raised so

when i applied the top coat of modge podge its drying clear but there are some

spots where its thicker and still white, i know its still a little wet but im

wondering when it does dry if it will completely dry clear even the spots that

are still white and look a little thicker. im hoping this happened to someone

else because im worried i messed it up, i hope someone can help, thanks in

advance.
