Registration for the 2005 Stanford Celiac Conference is now open. To

This conference will fill up early, so don't procrastinate on registering.

Last year we had to turn many people away, and this year our venue is

smaller.

The speakers are really fabulous this year, and there will be lots of

vendors displaying and giving samples their gluten-free products. Don't

miss this chance to spend a day with 400 other celiacs eating gluten-free

food and learning about celiac disease.
