Guest guest
Hi, I took a look at the photos you posted. In my opinion your son has brachy. There isn't much asymmetry for plagio, but the back of his head looks flatter than normal. How old is he? If you feel there is something wrong be adamant about it with the doctors. Alot of us have had problems with doctors just brushing it off, then by the time you get the doctor to acknowledge something is wrong, you've lost valuable time. Good luck! Guest guest
Hello Thank you so much for your comments on my baby's pics. We are very concern about his head. I can barely sleep thinking about it all the time. Our boy is 5 1/2 months. > > > > > > > Hello everyone. > > We posted pictures of our baby boy in the section " Photos " . Guest guest
In my opinion, he has moderate plagio and mild-moderate brachy. If you plan on banding him, it would be best if he had his band by 6 months old for the best results. I know he is 5.5 months old, so I would act fast. Good luck! > > > > > > > > > > > Hello everyone. > > > We posted pictures of our baby boy in the section " Photos " . The name of the > > > album is " Does our baby have plagio? Guest guest
Yes, the sooner the better now. I would take the next appointment, and not wait for insurance. However, you can still get really good results if you cannot make it by 6 months. We had to wait a few days for an appointment and 2 weeks for our helmet to arrive, so you probably won't have the helmet by 6 months, and do not feel bad about that. We got ours the eve of my son's first birthday and still ended up with good results, it just took a really long time with tons extra stress. There is a big difference between say 6.5 months and 12 months. What I'm saying is do not feel guilty if it is not possible to get the helmet within the next couple weeks, just get it as quickly as you can. You can still expect great results if you act now. Let us know how it goes. Best, Kathy, mom to 26 months and almost 6 years DomsMom wrote: In my opinion, he has moderate plagio and mild-moderate brachy.
