Guest guest
I noticed phs personality change a little also when he got his band on. Like you said not a bad mood just not himself. it was like he lost a little bit of his spunk. if that makes sense. He didnt babble or laugh as much. I didnt noticed that he slept anymore then usual but it didnt affect his sleep at all. maybe she is also having a growth spurt. I noticed that the times when he would sleep more he also had more growth when we went for adjustments on the band I actually cleaned the band twice a day. It seemed to help with irritaion for joseph. As far as crawling and other milestones i dont want to say he was delayed bc he has meet every mile stone. but he was on edge with all of the physical ones. ie: sitting up, crawling, etc. he meet them but at the very last second before they would say he was delayed I also took the band off for special occasions. He didnt have it on for christmas pictures or on halloween i took some pic of him in his costume without it. Its really just about how comfortable you are with having it off. I personally didnt want to miss any growth he had so i tried not to take it off much except for cleaning or a special occasion Hope that helps....good luck Kerri mom to ph Doc band grad 1/10 > > 1) Did your babies personalities change? Josie just doesn't see, to be herself...not a bad mood, just not as smiley... > > 2) Did your babies sleep a lot more when they got helmet? I am thinking initially it is tough physically (weight on head) and it makes them sleepy -- Josie has been sleeping 14 hrs a night and taking 3 naps a day. She is 7 months. > > 3) How agressively do you clean helmet. Want to make sure I am doing a good enough job. > > 4) Does helmet affect physical development, ie, crawling? > > 5) Did other parents take helmet off for special occasions? Josie getting baptized (no water) on Sunday and I kinda want helmet off in front of congregation, should that just count toward hour off? > > That's all for now:) > > /Mom to Josie 7 months Brachy baby >
