helmet moves and other questions

My Dd just got her Hanger helmet last Tuesday-all is going well. The orthotist

said the front of the helmet should fit right above the browline but when she

lies down it seems to move more upwards. Is that normal since its supposed to

be a bit loose fitting in the beginning? Also I do notice that inside the

helmet there is one part where the foam is not smooth it almost looks like its

wearing away-can this be fixed?

We are going back for our one week visit on Wed but thought I would check on

these things beforehand with you all
