Got a grant to cover helmet!!

I havent been on here in FOREVER! My daughter has been out of her helmet for 3

months now, and we love how great her head has turned out! Thank you everyone

for the support when I needed it!

Well, my husband is in the Air Force and Tri-care would not cover the costs.

Even after I apealed! I was very upset. Started doing reserach and found this

its a family in the same place I was. They got the Air Force Aid Society to

give them a grant to cover the costs. I contacted my bases Air Force Aid, did

the paper work, and just got the phone call, they are giving us the grant!! Woo

hoo!! I dont know how we were going to be able to pay the bill so this is such

a blessing! I hope this info will help someone else on here.

so glad to hear. I'm sick of hearing that tricare won't pay - at least you got

some help.
