Can anyone tell me how much the NCR(?) work ups cost and how often you must do them? While my daughters head looks rounder her ears are more off. Would this offset the rounding (ie a back and forth battle). She's still in a helmet.Kim

Hi Kim,

I have to say that in the 4.5 yrs I've been in this group I have heard very

little about NCR (neurocranial restructuring), and what I have heard makes me

uncomfortable. From what I understand it is basically a practitioner putting a

special balloon up the nose and inflating it briefly to fix a very wide range of

problems. I am also skeptical of CST, but it seems harmless. To me NCR does not

seem harmless. I know you didn't ask for my comments, but I imagine after

posting your message, there will be lots of questions regarding " what is NCR " ,

so I'm trying to fend them off.

I don't have any idea how much it costs. I am surprised that you think your

daughter's ears have gotten worse in a helmet. Have you discussed the ears with

your ortho? I've heard some orthos say they can't fix ears, but from what I've

read here they generally stay the same, or improve while in a helmet band.
