NJ location that takes Horizon Blue Cross

Anyone know of a NJ location that accepts Horizon Blue Cross for the helmets? We

went to Cranial Remolding Center for an initial appointment. Horizon considers

them out-of-network and the out of pocket expense is very high. The problem is

that no rep at Horizon can figure out a provider in-network. Any help will be

much appreciated!
