Guest guest
that sounds great. The only thing that concerns me is cutting a hole - I've never heard of this. I would think if you did this the band wouldn't hold the head properly (it would interfere with the strength). Usually when the band is outgrown (no room for adjustment) a second band is made if needed. -christine sydney, 5 yrs, starband grad > > Hi everyone.... Just wanted to give you an update on Braxton.. We had an appt today with his ortho and he is doing great. Started at 20mm, 2 wks and 3 days later 13mm, 5 weeks later 11mm, and 8 weeks later 8mm... So awesome and very exciting. Our ortho shaved his helmet completely to the plastic on his right side where his head still needs improvement. We were told he might have to cut a hole in the helmet so his head can continue to shape depending on how his head does in the next 4 weeks.... > Fingers crossed that we are almost done with great results > > 8 month son 8 wks hanger helmet >
Guest guest
Sydney, Im not sure about the hole in the helmet I didn't get much info because I am hoping we will not have to consider it, but what I think he meant was Braxton has a small flat spot still on the back of his right side about 2-3inches above his neck, and he already has little holes in his helmet for air to get in because he is so hot natured. So maybe he will make a bigger hole the size of the small flat spot to see if it will come out anymore. I do not think we will get a 2nd helmet, so hopefully we will have great results in 4 weeks, then we won't have to worry. > > > > Hi everyone.... Just wanted to give you an update on Braxton..
