Guest guest
Most young babies don't need extra water. The sweating usually improves in a week or two of getting the band. If you're thinking about pedialyte I would check with your doctor. You don't want her to decrease her milk intake too much since that is where she is getting her nutrition. -christine sydney, 3.5 yrs, starband grad > > Hi, my little daugther Isabel sweats a lot even though she wears light clothes, she's drinking more milk and gaining some weigh, somebody suggest us to give her pedialyte or plain water.Does anybody experienced the same problem? we'll appreciate suggestions. Guest guest
Sweating is completely normal and happens in almost all cases. It should get better after a couple of weeks - especially in these winter months. In the meantime, you can take it off every few hours and towel off the head. After a couple minute break, put the band back on. wore her band in the winter as well and I believe that her sweating greatly decrease after two weeks. , mom to , 27 months STARband grad Chiro and CST land my daugther sweats a lot because of her helmet Hi, my little daugther Isabel sweats a lot even though she wears light clothes, she's drinking more milk and gaining some weigh, somebody suggest us to give her pedialyte or plain water.Does anybody experienced the same problem? we'll appreciate suggestions. Guest guest
You don't want to give your baby water. Their kidneys are not able to handle a lot of water. By 6 mo, our pediatrician said 1-2 oz a day from a sippy cup. Which of course means, he'll get a dribble or two and wear the rest. Best of luck to you... it goes by very fast! > > Hi, my little daugther Isabel sweats a lot even though she wears light clothes, she's drinking more milk and gaining some weigh, somebody suggest us to give her pedialyte or plain water.Does anybody experienced the same problem? we'll appreciate suggestions.
