Where to get head Measurement done

Our 2 month old is diagnosed with Torticollis and Plagiocephaly .Pediatrician says the condition is moderate and suggested only PT. He is not very co-operative with exercises.I would like to know where to get head measurements done so that we know how much is the deviation and also track the progress.We live in Seattle. Also, Is the measuring process painful for the babies. How do they actually do itMany thanks in advance.
