Please remember that most, if not all, developmental tests, including the Bayley, were normed on a population of children who slept on their bellies. We all understand that the back to sleep program has wrought some Developmental Delays as well as issues re: head shape due to the lack of belly time when awake as well.

If your child at 10 months is not doing the things that you mention you should contact your county Early Intervention System and apply for evaluation. It is free and if he is eligible then treatment may be free as well
